Our core competence lies in 3D plant and detailed planning – both in new construction and in the conversion of industrial plants. Together with our partner SPIEGLTEC, we also offer comprehensive services in the field of process engineering. Even in the preliminary planning (pre-engineering) phase, we contribute ideas, concept and feasibility studies, and process analyses to ensure that buildings and processes are optimally coordinated at an early stage. In this way, the findings from the early planning phase are seamlessly incorporated into the basic and detailed engineering – for a holistic and efficient implementation.
Engineering of new plants
For new plants, we offer end-to-end planning and technical development – from initial concepts to the finished documentation:
- 2D/3D layout concepts (piping, equipment, steel construction, cable trays)
- Production planning including drawing creation and parts lists (piping, steel construction, skids, isometrics, etc.)
- Pipe and steel construction statics
- Operator and as-built documentation including scanning service
- Additional documents: clean room concepts, explosion hazard zone plans, escape routes, fire department plans, room numbers and locking plans, alarm plans, etc.
- Linking of 3D data with data sheets
- Application of BIM methodology up to performance level 2
Retrofit of existing plants
Early, precise planning is essential for conversion projects – we support you with:
- Inventory & laser scanning
- 3D modeling of existing plants
- Removal and installation concepts

- Process engineering evaluation and optimization of existing plants
