We process data within the framework of administrative tasks as well as the organisation of our operations, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In doing so, we process the same data that we process within the scope of providing our contractual services. The basis for processing is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. c. DSGVO, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose of and our interest in the processing lies in the administration, financial accounting, office organisation, archiving of data, i.e. tasks which serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks and provide our services. If your job application is rejected, the data you provided will be deleted automatically six months after the rejection is announced. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage in our database of interested parties.

• in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
• to demand, in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, if the processing is unlawful, but you request its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
• in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another responsible party
• in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your once given consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
